Can I see a sample?
You can see a snippet of the book before buying it. But why look at others’ when you can get your own?
When will I get my book?
If you ordered an e-book, you will get it within 24 hours. If you ordered a hardcover book, it should take between 8 to 14 business days, estimated delivery depending on your shipping address.
What does my book include?
Your book is prepared based on your answers to the questionnaire. We take all your personal preferences and requests into consideration. Typically, it includes a meal plan and guidance throughout 28 days of your weight loss journey (the workout section in your book is optional - you can decide if you require it or not). Other chapters highly depend on your answers to our questionnaire. Don’t worry, we won’t overload you with useless information that you are not interested in.
I haven’t received my book. What should I do?
This happens very rarely, but if you don’t receive your PDF book within 24 hours or the physical copy within two weeks, please:

Are all the recipes designed for one person?
Yes, our product is personalized and each recipe is a serving for one person. The meal plans are diligently prepared by taking into consideration all of the customer’s personal preferences and requests. It takes proficiency to create personalized meal plans in a prompt manner that guarantees substantial weight loss results.
I can’t lose any weight. What should I do?
Everyone’s body is different, which means the weight loss rate for each person is different too. For example, someone with a slow metabolism and a lot of fat tissue who doesn’t exercise enough will take longer to see weight loss compared to someone with a normal metabolism who’s slightly overweight and starts exercising four to five times a week along with a healthy diet. Follow your plan exactly as it's written. All tips are in the book!
Typically, in the first week, people see a very quick drop in weight—anywhere from a few pounds to as much as ten!
Is it a one-time payment?
Yes, it is a one-time payment. We are not a subscription-based service. No additional charges will ever occur.
Can I get a refund?
We are committed to quality service and products, but if the product you received was faulty, we would offer you a partial or full refund depending on the issue. In such cases, please contact our customer support (email address: [email protected]) within 14 days of purchase and provide detailed information regarding the issue. Please be ready to provide some form of visual proof. Please kindly note, that at the moment, we cannot offer a refund if you simply changed your mind and don’t want the book. We create each personalized book with special care, so take your time to decide if you really want it before making the purchase.
